Some players may be experiencing issues logging in to Facebook while using an Android device. Follow the steps below to log in with Facebook:
For non-Amazon Android devices:
- Go to Settings > Apps
- Select the DoubleDown Casino app
- Select Storage > Clear Data > Delete
- Back on the Apps page, select the Google Chrome app or your default web browser
- Select Storage > Manage Storage > Clear All Data > OK
- Back on the Apps page, select the Android System WebView app (Some Android devices may not have this)
- Select Storage > Clear Data > Delete
- Launch the DoubleDown Casino app from your device’s home screen and select Sign in with Facebook
- Facebook will attempt to load in the default web browser. When the error message appears, tap the three dots in the upper right corner and check the box for “Desktop site”
- Reload the page and log in to Facebook
For Amazon devices:
- Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications
- Select the DoubleDown Casino app
- Select Storage > Clear Storage > OK
- Back on the Apps & Notifications page, select the Silk Browser app or your default web browser
- Select Storage > Clear Storage > Clear All Data > OK
- Back on the Apps & Notifications page, select the Amazon System WebView app
- Select Storage > Clear Storage > OK
- Launch the DoubleDown Casino app from your device’s home screen and select Sign in with Facebook
- Facebook will attempt to load in the default web browser. When the error message appears, tap the three dots in the upper right corner and check the box for “Desktop site”
- Reload the page and log in to Facebook
