Apple’s recent update to its iPad platform, iPadOS 13, changed a few basic settings. This has caused some players difficulty when collecting free chip promotions on their iPad.

2. On the right, scroll down until you see Request Desktop Website.
3. Here, tap the toggle next to All Websites from ON to OFF.

If you have previously set any website to always request a desktop website, you may see Other Websites instead.
