If you have downloaded DoubleDown Casino on more than one mobile device at any point since you started playing, you may have created more than one guest account along the way. Some offers we send out via email are intended for a specific player account and cannot be redeemed on any other account, even if both were created by the same player.
To view your player ID in our mobile game, tap the gear icon at the upper right to open the Settings menu.
At the lower right of the Settings screen, you will see a long alphanumeric ID. This is your player ID for the current account.
