In order to take full advantage of everything DoubleDown Casino has to offer you on Facebook, the app requires certain permissions from your account. If something changes in these settings, you may experience errors and need to restore these permissions.
Ensure you're logged into your Facebook account and follow the first few steps, or follow this shortcut to view your Facebook Apps and Websites Settings and jump to step 5 (computer) or step 4 (mobile).
To reset your permission settings using a computer:
- From a computer, go to Facebook.com.
- In the top right-hand corner, click your profile image.
- In the drop-down menu that appears, click Settings & Privacy, then Settings.
- On the lower left-hand side of the next page, choose Apps and Websites.
- Click Remove next to DoubleDown Casino.

A pop-up will appear; click Remove again.
- Finally, from your computer, load DoubleDown Casino again. Simply click Continue as <your name> to restore the proper permissions.
To reset your permission settings using a mobile device:
- Open the Facebook mobile app.
- Tap Menu in the bottom-right corner.
- Scroll down and tap Settings & Privacy, then Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Apps and Websites.
- You may need to log into your Facebook profile again.
- Tap DoubleDown Casino - Vegas Slots.

Tap Remove.

Tap Remove again.
- Finally, from your mobile device, load the DoubleDown Casino app again and, when the option is presented, tap the FACEBOOK LOGIN button. Continue through your device's standard prompts and, once in the Facebook login section, tap Continue as <your name> to restore the proper permissions.
If, when you first load the app, it logs into a Guest account by default, you can follow these instructions to log out of that account and return to the login screen described above.
