If you need to contact our Customer Experience team about a purchase for DoubleDown Casino chips, you will be asked to provide your receipt. If your transaction was very recent, the app store might not yet have sent an email receipt, but you can look up your purchase history and take a screenshot to send us.
Important: Never send us a copy of your bank or credit card statement. Those contain sensitive personal information that should never be transmitted over email. Only send the transaction details or purchase history from the store where you bought the chips (Apple/iTunes, Google Play, Amazon, Facebook, or PayPal).
The easiest way to look up your recent transactions is through iTunes. If you don't have iTunes installed on your computer, you may not be able to locate your transaction record prior to receiving your receipt email. Apple typically sends the receipt email within a few days of the transaction.
- Launch iTunes, and log in with the Apple ID for the account that made the purchase in question.
- In the top menu bar, click Account and then View My Account. If prompted, re-enter your password.
- Scroll down to Purchase History.
- Next to Most Recent Purchase, click See All.
- Click the arrow next to the purchase you want to view. This will open the detailed view for the purchase.

When you purchase through Google Play, your transaction can be viewed via Google Wallet.
- Visit Google Wallet, and log in to the Google account that made the purchase in question.
- You will see a list of all recent transactions. Click on the one you want to view.

- Go to Amazon.com, and click on Your Account. Log in to the Amazon account that made the purchase in question.
- Click on the Your Orders button.
- Select the Digital Orders tab under the Search bar.
- Find the purchase, and click View Order Details.

- Launch Galaxy Apps on your device, and tap the Galaxy Apps menu.
- Tap My apps, then Order history.
- Find the purchase, and take a screenshot of the details.
- Go to Facebook.com, and log in to the Facebook account that made the purchase in question.
- On the top navigation bar, click the small down arrow on the right.
- In the drop-down menu that opens, click Settings.
- In the column on the left, click Payments.
- On the line for Purchase History, click View.
PayPal (for chips purchased on DoubleDownCasino.com)
- Go to PayPal.com, and log in to your account.
- Find the transaction in question, and click to view more details.
- Take a screenshot of the purchase details.
Xsolla (for chips purchased on DoubleDownCasino.com)
