Facebook currently generates a unique User ID for each app you install. You may be asked for this ID by our Community Manager or our Customer Experience team.
Ensure you're logged into your Facebook account and follow the first few steps, or follow this shortcut to view your Facebook Apps and Websites Settings and jump to step 5 (computer) or step 4 (mobile).
To find your User ID using a computer:
- From a computer, go to Facebook.com.
- Near the top right-hand corner, you will see a small arrow pointing down. Click that arrow to expand the drop-down menu.
- In the newly expanded menu, click Settings & Privacy. Then click Settings in the new submenu.
- On the left-hand side of the next page, choose Apps and Websites.
- Once on the Apps page, find DoubleDown Casino. If you have multiple apps connected to Facebook, you may need to first click See More.
On the row for DoubleDown Casino, click View and Edit.
Please note: You may see two listings for our game, one that is called DoubleDown Casino - Vegas Slots, and one that is just DoubleDown Casino. The duplicate listings indicate that you have played more than one platform/version. Both listings are official; however, unless otherwise directed, choose the one with the longer title.
- When you click on the View and Edit button, you will advance to a new page. Your User ID will be listed in fine print lower down on this page. They have provided a handy clickable copy icon beside it. Click that to copy your User ID to your clipboard so you can then paste it into your reply to our support team.
To find your User ID using a mobile device:
- In a mobile browser (i.e. Safari, Chrome, etc.), go to Facebook.com or open the Facebook mobile app.
- In either the top-right or bottom-right corner, you will see three small horizontal lines. Tap this to open a new page.

On the Facebook website in your mobile browser, simply scroll down to find and tap on Settings.
- Next, scroll down and tap Apps and Websites.

- Finally, scroll back up to the top of the page and tap the left-facing arrow to go back to previous pages. Continue this until you are back at the main Facebook page. You could also simply close the browser tab or Facebook app.
Important: Provide this User ID only to authorized members of the DoubleDown team. Our Customer Experience team and Community Manager are the only people who may ask for this information.
You can easily identify the official DoubleDown Casino Facebook and Instagram accounts as they both use blue check marks to identify verified accounts. The Customer Experience team will only ask in a reply to a support request you created. You can view your open support requests on our Help Center to verify that a message you have received is part of an official communication with our team.
