Help us improve our games DoubleDown Interactive, LLC (“Doubledown”, “we”, “us”, “our”) invites you to tell us how you use and view our free casino games. The survey opens through a separate link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdgSaCYJxGAGVi5LJa4qP_cXDDxI3uaL1njMLk2EoFB39sbLg/viewform?usp=sharing&ouid=102316339480219567166. You must be 18 or older to participate. Taking the survey is entirely voluntary and anonymous. Opening the link, completing the survey, or declining it will not affect your eligibility for chips, gameplay, or your account.
What we ask and why. The survey asks about, for example, games played, gameplay experience, features used, and suggestions for improvement. We use the responses to understand how our games are used and viewed and how we might improve them. We do not ask for your name, email address, User ID, contact details, or other personal information, and we do not link survey responses to your game account.
Please do not put personal information in an answer, particularly a free-text answer. Do not include your name, contact details, account or transaction information, or information that could identify you or another person. If you include identifying information, your answer may no longer be anonymous. We do not ask for or collect personal information in survey responses.
Google Forms. The survey is hosted by Google Forms. Google processes information when you open and use the form under its own applicable terms and privacy policy (both available at: https://policies.google.com/?hl=en). We do not receive your Google account information or collect your email address through the form. DoubleDown only receives the submitted answers and any response information the form makes available, such as submission time.
Who can access responses. Access to the responses is limited to only to DoubleDown personnel and service providers who need access to host, secure, or analyze the survey. We will use survey responses only on an aggregated basis to improve our games and the user experience. We do not use them to determine an individual respondent’s chip eligibility, gameplay, or account status.
How long we keep responses. We may retain survey responses for up to five (5) years, then delete them, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your privacy rights. You can choose not to participate and can stop before submitting your responses. Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information processed in connection with the survey. Because responses are not linked to an account or identity, we may be unable to identify and retrieve a particular response after submission.
