These Free Chips Offer Terms (the “Terms”) govern the promotional offer of free virtual chips (the “Offer”) made by DoubleDown Interactive, LLC (“DoubleDown,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for use in Casino Games (the “Game”). The Offer is available through the claim link on https://ddc.promo/2U5dMe (the “Website”).
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS REQUIRED. TO CLAIM, CLICK THE WEBSITE LINK AND PROVIDE ONLY THE LIMITED CLAIM INFORMATION, SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS. THERE IS NO CASH PRIZE OR OPPORTUNITY TO WIN MONEY OR ITEMS REDEEMABLE FOR MONEY.
1. Eligibility
To claim the Offer, you must have an active Game account in good standing linked to your own Facebook account. The Offer is redeemable in all jurisdictions where the Game is available, unless otherwise void where prohibited.
2. Offer Period
The Offer begins on November 10, 2026 and ends on November 16, 2026 (the “Offer Period”). Your claim submission must be received during the Offer Period. Valid claims received before the deadline may be verified and credited after the Offer Period ends.
3. Chip Amount and Account Limit
Each eligible user who submits a valid claim will receive 275,000 free virtual chips (the “Offer Chips”). The amount is fixed and is not determined by a drawing, chance, or your Game results.
The limit is one Offer award per person and per Game account during the Offer Period, regardless of the number of devices, browsers, Facebook accounts, or claim attempts used. A shared device alone does not create a separate household limit. Duplicate requests do not result in additional Offer Chips. You may not create multiple accounts, use automated claims, impersonate another person, or provide false eligibility information to bypass the limit.
4. How to Claim
To claim the Offer, complete the following steps during the Offer Period:
(a) Click the “Claim Free Chips” link on the Website at https://ddc.promo/2U5dMe. Identify the Game account to which the Offer Chips should be credited using your Game User ID. If authentication is necessary to identify or verify that account, sign in through the official Game or Facebook login interface.
(b) Provide only the limited information described in Section 7 that is necessary to identify your account and process the claim, such as your Game User ID.
(c) Select “Claim Free Chips” on the claim page. The claim system will check eligibility, account status, and whether this Offer has already been claimed.
Offer Chips will be credited to that Game account immediately after a valid claim is confirmed. Check your in-Game balance or claim confirmation. Offer Chips cannot be redirected to another account after crediting. No subscription, paid survey membership, purchase, deposit, or marketing consent is required.
5. Chip Restrictions
Offer Chips are virtual, account-bound items usable only in the Game for entertainment. They cannot be redeemed for cash, cryptocurrency, gift cards, goods, services outside the Game, or any other item with monetary value. They cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, exchanged, withdrawn, or used in any real-money gambling activity. We do not provide or authorize any secondary market or cash-out mechanism.
Offer Chips do not create a deposit account, ownership interest, or right to any monetary payment.
6. Invalid Claims and Technical Issues
We may reject a claim, or remove improperly credited Offer Chips, where reasonably supported records establish ineligibility, a duplicate award, fraud, automation, tampering, or a material breach of these Terms. Contact: support@doubledowninteractive.com if you believe a claim was rejected or chips were removed in error.
Internet interruptions, browser incompatibility, disabled cookies needed for the claim session, account-linking errors, Facebook restrictions, or maintenance may delay or prevent a claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for failures outside our reasonable control. We will use reasonable efforts to investigate timely reported issues and honor valid claims shown to have been received during the Offer Period.
If Offer Chips have not arrived within the stated crediting timeframe, contact support within five business days after that timeframe expires. Provide your Game User ID or claim reference and a brief description of the issue; any screenshot should exclude unrelated personal information. Do not send passwords or payment details. We may correct a demonstrable duplicate-credit or accounting error. This reporting process does not limit our nonwaivable legal rights.
7. Limited Personal Information and Purpose Limitation
We collect and process only limited personal information needed to administer this Offer: (a) your existing Game User ID; (b) your Facebook User ID associated with the Game if necessary to link or authenticate your account with DoubleDown; and (c) limited claim records, including the Offer identifier, claim and credit timestamps, chip amount, and redemption status.
Do not provide your full date of birth, home address, or identity documents through the claim form or otherwise. No additional name, email address, telephone number, identity document, payment information, friends list, contacts, Facebook posts, or precise location is required to claim. If you contact support by email, we will process your email address and the information you send only to resolve that Offer inquiry.
We use the personal information collected and processed for the Offer solely to verify eligibility, credit the Offer Chips to the correct account, enforce the claim limit, prevent fraudulent claims, maintain the limited administration record, and resolve Offer-related technical or support issues. We will not use it for advertising, marketing communications, profiling, retargeting, unrelated analytics, product research, or any other commercial purpose. We will not sell it or disclose it to third parties for their own purposes.
Our Website automatically collects certain information when you visit, including your IP address, to deliver and secure the claim session. We do not use this information for advertising or retain it beyond what is reasonably necessary for that session, security, and Offer-related troubleshooting. Our claim pages do not use advertising pixels, session-replay tracking, or unnecessary analytics.
Access to your information is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need the information to administer the Offer. Service providers are under obligations prohibiting independent use and requiring appropriate safeguards and deletion. Except for information strictly required to authenticate your account or credit the chips through Facebook, we do not send your claim information to Meta.
We retain identifiable claim records for up to five (5) years after the Offer Period, then delete them. Data in routine backups is removed on the same disclosed retention schedule. If law requires a specific record to be retained or disclosed, we will comply with applicable law and continue to restrict access and other use. We use reasonable technical and organizational security safeguards; however, no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
If you do not provide the necessary information to verify and fulfill your claim, we cannot provide the Offer Chips. Withdrawal before verification may prevent completion of a pending claim but will not retrospectively invalidate a properly completed claim or authorize unrelated processing.

8. Facebook and Meta
This Offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. DoubleDown alone is responsible for the Offer, its administration, and the award of Offer Chips. DoubleDown, not Facebook or Meta, collects and administers the Offer information described in Section 7. Facebook may separately process information when you use its login interface or services under its own terms and privacy policy; we cannot promise how Meta uses information it independently collects.
9. Changes, Suspension, or Cancellation
We may prospectively modify, suspend, or cancel the Offer because of fraud, technical disruption, legal requirements, or events outside our reasonable control that prevent fair or lawful administration of the offer. We will post material changes and their effective date on the claim page. Changes will not retroactively reduce a validly claimed award or expand the permitted uses of your personal information. We will honor valid claims received before a change unless fulfillment would be unlawful or practically impossible, in which case we will explain the affected issue on the claim page.
10. Other Terms
These Terms govern the Offer. The Game’s Terms of Use at: https://www.doubledowninteractive.com/terms/index.html?_gl govern ordinary Game use; where there is a conflict concerning this Offer or its claim data, these Terms control. State of Delaware law governs these Terms, without reference to its choice of law principles. Nothing in these Terms characterizes the Game as lawful gambling, provides regulatory authorization, or limits rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be waived. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.
