On iOS devices:
- Launch the Settings app on your device.
- Choose Notifications in the left hand menu.
- In the list of applications, select DoubleDown.
- Tap the button beside Allow Notifications.
On Android devices on OS 8.0 & above:
- Launch the Settings app on your device.
- Tap on Apps & Notifications.
- In the list of applications, select DoubleDown.
- Tap on App Notifications.
- Mark as On.
On Android devices on OS 6.0 - OS 7.1.2:
- Launch the Settings app on your device.
- Scroll down and tap Apps.
- In the list of applications, select DoubleDown.
- Tap on Notifications.
- Look for the option called Block. Mark this as Off.
On Android devices below OS 6.0:
- Launch the Settings app on your device.
- Scroll down and tap Application Manager.
- In the list of applications, select DoubleDown.
- Look for the option called Show notifications. Tap to add a check mark.

On Kindle Fire devices, notifications default to on for all installed applications. If you are not seeing notifications, check that they are enabled at a device level.
- Swipe down from the center of your screen and tap the gear icon to open the device settings.
- Tap on Apps & Notifications.
- Tap on Notifications.
- Under On lock screen, the default setting is to "Show all notification content." If you see a different option, tap to open the menu and select that setting.
